- Acceptance of Terms
Thank you for choosing Food Pledge – by The House of Kitchens. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are designed to inform you of your legal rights and obligations regarding your access to and use of Food Pledge app and any related mobile or software applications (collectively, the “The House of Kitchens Platform”), including but not limited to the delivery of information via the website and any linked services (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms apply to all users of Food Pledge Platform, including those who access and manage their ‘business page’ to handle their business listings and products.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using Food Pledge App- The House of Kitchens, you agree to these Terms and enter into a legally binding contract with The House of Kitchens. If you do not accept these Terms or cannot be bound by them, you may not use the Services. Your use of Food Pledge platform/app is at your own risk, including the risk of encountering content that may be objectionable or inappropriate.
To use the Services, you must first agree to these Terms.
You can accept the Terms by:
- Clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where presented by The House of Kitchens in the user interface for any particular Service; or
- Actually using the Services, in which case your use will be considered acceptance of these Terms from that point forward.
- Definitions
- Customer: A customer is someone who accesses or uses the Services for the purpose of sharing, displaying, hosting, publishing, transacting, or uploading information or views or pictures and includes other persons jointly participating in using the Services including without limitation a user having access to ‘ business page’.
- Content: “Content” includes (but is not limited to) reviews, product images, photos, audio, video, location data, and other forms of information. “Your Content” or “Customer Content” means content you upload or share through the Services, including likes, ratings, reviews, and any other materials publicly displayed in your account profile. ” Food Pledge Content” refers to content created by Food Pledge, including visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, and data related to your account. “Third Party Content” is content from parties other than The House of Kitchens, such as Merchants/selling Partners/restaurants/food chains selling their products.
- Merchants: “Merchants” refers to restaurants/bakeries/stores/food businesses listed on Food Pledge App- The House of Kitchens
- Service fee (formerly known as Commission)” means the amount payable by the Merchant Partner to Food Pledge, as set out in the Form
- “Form” means the Merchant Partner Enrolment Form for Ordering products/services/food and Delivery Services executed by the Merchant Partner.
- “Parties” means Food Pledge and the Customer.
- “Payment Mechanism Fee” means the amount payable by the Merchant Partner to Food Pledge, being a % of Order Value including taxes less any charge not levied by Merchant but collected by Food Pledge, as more specifically set out in the Form;
- “Platform” means the Website and Customer Application owned and operated by the House of Kitchens.
- “Pre-Packaged Goods” means the food and beverages items packaged in such a manner that the contents cannot be changed without tampering it and which is ready for sale to the Customer and as may be defined under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 from time to time
III. Eligibility to Use the Services
- You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and are fully able to understand and agree to the Terms.
- Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country when accessing and using the Services. You agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws, and in a manner that does not violate our legal rights or those of any third parties.
- Changes to the Terms
Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens may amend or update these Terms at its own discretion. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure continued compliance. Your use of the Food Pledge app by The House of Kitchens after any amendments will be deemed acceptance to such amended/changed terms and you also agree to be bound by such changed/amended Terms..
- Translation of the Terms
Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens may provide translations of these Terms into other languages for convenience. The English version of the Terms governs your relationship with The House of Kitchens. In case of discrepancies between the English version and any translated version, the English version will prevail.
- Provision of Services
- Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens continuously evolves to improve the experience and information provided to customers. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or discontinue any services or products at any time without notice and to make changes to the content, products, and services on the Site without prior notice.
- The software or app store used to download our software may include functionality to check for updates automatically. Any updates or upgrades provided to you by us under the Terms shall be considered part of the Services.
- If Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services and your account details.
- While there is no fixed upper limit on the number of transmissions you may send or receive, Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens may set such limits at its discretion.
- Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens conducts research and experiments to improve the Platform and Services, which may result in varying features for different customers.
- Disclaimers:

- The Content on the Services is for informational purposes only. The House of Kitchens disclaims any liability for outdated information. The customers and the Merchants are directly liable for the information provided by them and that available on the app.
- Certifications or information regarding such certifications displayed on the Merchants listing page are provided on ‘as available’ basis and are not guaranteed by The House of Kitchens. Customers reliance on such certifications is at your own risk, and The House of Kitchens in no manner shall assume any liability whatsoever for any losses or damages in connection with the use of this information or for any inaccuracy, invalidity or discrepancy in the Certification..
- By agreeing to the aforesaid the Your use of Food Pledge platform/app is at your own risk and The House of kitchens in no event shall be liable for any claims asserted by Merchant or the customer under any legal theory for lost profits, lost revenues, lost business opportunities, manhandled, adulterated, food alterations, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages for any product listed or available on the application. The House of kitchens reserves its right to contest all the claims if and any raised by the user.
- The House of Kitchens reserves the right to charge subscription or membership fees, and/or other fees on per order basis.
- Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens may introduce referral or incentive-based programs, which will be governed by their own terms and conditions. Participation is subject to compliance with both program terms and Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens terms. Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens reserves the right to terminate accounts or credits on violations of such terms and conditions.
- Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens may offer credits, promo codes, vouchers, or cashback at its discretion and reserves the right to modify/cancel or discontinue these offers as it may deem fit.
- While providing Logistics Services:
- Food Pledge shall not be responsible or liable for the delivery of Orders or any issues associated therewith. Further, where the Merchant Partner has opted for Logistics Services, Food Pledge shall only be responsible to tally the number of items ordered against the Order received. Merchant Partner acknowledges and agrees that Food Pledge shall not be responsible for quality or quantity (if the packet of the Order is not tampered with during delivery) of the Order and the Merchant Partner shall be solely responsible for the quality and quantity of the Order.
- In the event Merchant Partner opts for Logistics Services, Merchant Partner acknowledges and agrees that delivery will be facilitated by Food Pledge through a Delivery Partner. Merchant Partner understands and agrees that Food Pledge shall not be responsible if the Delivery Partner indulges in theft of the Order or indulges in any illegal activity or misconduct against/with the Customer(s) and / or the staff of Merchant Partner or indulges in any vandalism activity against the Merchant Partner and/or the Merchant. Please note that Food Pledge uses its best endeavors to fulfill the Logistics Services opted by the Merchant Partner. Food Pledge has no control, in any manner whatsoever, with respect to the ratings or reviews received by the Merchant Partner for the Logistics Services availed through Food Pledge, as such ratings are dependent on multiple factors including but not limited to each Customer’s experience with the Merchant Partner and the Merchant Services.
- The Merchant Partner shall not hold Food Pledge liable for any claims, raised by the Customer where the delay in handing over the Order to the Delivery Partner is solely attributable to the Merchant Partner and its staff.
- Food Pledge may at its sole discretion charge Delivery Charges and Delivery Surge from Customer for delivery of the Order.
- Merchant Partner acknowledges and agrees that Food Pledge is a mere facilitator in relation to the Logistics Services whereby Food Pledge facilitates logistics services by connecting Delivery Partner with Merchant Partner for delivery of Order(s) from the Merchant(s) to the Customer and hence cannot be held liable for any illegal / unlawful activity of the Delivery Partner
VII. Third-Party Content and Links
- Our Services may include or link to third-party content, such as reservation services or food delivery platforms. Your use of these third-party services will be governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We may source business contact details from third-party vendors who obtain their data from public sources.
- We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, copyright compliance, legality, completeness, timeliness, or quality of any third-party content. We do not screen or investigate third-party material before or after it appears on our Services.
- We reserve the right to make improvements or corrections to content on our Services at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so. We are not liable for any delays or inaccuracies related to such updates. The House of Kitchens is not responsible for the availability of external sites or resources, and does not endorse any content or materials from such sites.
- Third-party content, including posts from customers or restaurant partners, does not represent the views of The House of Kitchens or its affiliates. We are not responsible for any third-party content or its accuracy.
- The House of Kitchens is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the availability of external sites or resources, or any reliance on third-party content. We disclaim any liability for offensive, defamatory, illegal, or infringing third-party content.
VIII. Customer Reviews
- Reviews and ratings on our platform reflect the opinions of the customers and not The House of Kitchens. We are a neutral platform facilitating communication between customers, merchants and restaurants. Advertisements on our platform are independent of the reviews.
- We do not mediate disputes. If a Merchant/restaurant disputes a review, they should contact the reviewer or post a public response. If a review violates our policies, the restaurant can report the same to us on your email – savefood.pledge@gmail.com. We may remove reviews at our discretion if they are in violation to our Terms and policies.
- Contract Guidelines and Privacy Policy
- Contract Guidelines – You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Contract Guidelines and Policies.
- Privacy Policy – You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Privacy Policy. We may disclose your information to third parties or authorities if necessary for legal reasons, enforcement, or to protect our rights and those of our Customers, affiliates, or the general public.
- Restrictions on Use
- You agree not to:
- Violate our Guidelines and Policies.
- Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
- Submit false or misleading reviews.
- Violate third-party rights or laws.
- Impersonate others or disguise the origin of your content.
- Engage in deceptive advertising or commercial spam.
- Post content in any language other than English, unless relevant.
- Disrupt or interfere with our Services or security features.
- Use the platform for illegal purposes or to harm others.
- Use abusive or derogatory language in communications.
- We are not obligated to monitor or review content, but we have the right to do so for operational, legal, or improvement purposes.
- You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to upload unsolicited or unauthorized content. You must also refrain from using abusive language or posting objectionable information.
- Any content upload by you will be subject to relevant laws and may be removed or your access may be blocked if found non-compliant to our terms and conditions.
- Feedback
- If you provide any ideas, suggestions, changes, regarding The House of Kitchens existing business (“Feedback”), you agree that:
- your Feedback does not contain confidential, secretive, or proprietary information of third parties;
- Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens is not obligated to keep Feedback confidential and may use it without restriction;
- Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens may have already received similar Feedback from others or be considering it; and
- by providing Feedback, you grant The House of Kitchens a binding, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, global license to use, modify, develop, publish, distribute, and sublicense the Feedback, and you waive any claims related to such Feedback.
- Please provide specific Feedback related to Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens existing products or marketing strategies. Avoid including ideas that The House of Kitchens policies do not allow, accept or consider.
- Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens and its employees do not accept unsolicited ideas, including new advertising campaigns, promotions, products, technologies, or any other creative works. Do not submit such ideas to The House of Kitchens.
- This policy is intended to prevent misunderstandings or disputes if Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens products or strategies resemble ideas submitted. If you submit ideas despite this policy, the following terms shall apply:
(i) your submissions become Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens’ property without compensation;
(ii) Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens may use or redistribute such submissions for any purpose;
(iii) Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens is not obligated to review such submissions; and
(iv) there is no obligation to keep such submissions confidential.
XII. Advertising
- Advertising Space – As a merchant on the Food Pledge platform, you can purchase space to advertise your products or services. By doing so, you understand and agree that the placement and appearance of ads may change after the initial period as decided.
- Responsibility for Advertisements- You are responsible for the content of any ads you provide. Food Pledge is not responsible for any mistakes, omissions, or issues related to any ads or promotions on the platform. It is duty of the merchant to ensure all advertising follows relevant laws and platform rules.
XIII. Additional Terms and Conditions for Food Ordering and Delivery Services
- Food Ordering and Delivery:
- Food Pledge facilitates food ordering and delivery through agreements with Merchants. Customers place orders via the Food Pledge App –by The House of Kitchens.
- Orders placed constitute an irrevocable authorization for Food Pledge/ The House of Kitchens to place orders on your behalf to the merchants.
- Delivery will be handled by a third-party delivery platform (“Delivery Partner”). Food Pledge acts as an intermediary.
- Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens is not liable for issues with delivery partners, such as service deficiencies or order tampering.
- Delivery charges and surges are determined by the Delivery Partner or the Merchant. Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens collects these charges on their behalf.
- Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens may issue order summaries and tax invoices as per legal regulations.
- Customers must respect Delivery Partners’ dignity and ensure a harassment-free work environment.
- Food Ordering and Delivery with Sellers:
- Prices listed on the Food Pledge are provided by Sellers and may differ at delivery. The Merchant’s final price is applicable.
XIV. General Terms and Conditions
For Merchants
- Intermediary Role:
- Food Pledge acts solely as an intermediary between Merchant and Customers. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute food and beverages or products. Our role is to facilitate the ordering process on behalf of Customers and assist in the sale and purchase of food and beverages or products between Customers and Sellers.
- Liability Limitation:
- Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens is not liable for any actions or omissions by the Merchant, including product quality, service deficiencies, incorrect orders, quality and validity issues, pricing discrepancies, or delays.
- Product Responsibility:
- As a Merchant on the Food Pledge platform, you are solely responsible for any guarantees related to the food, beverages, or any other products you sell. The House of Kitchens is not responsible for any issues related to the quality or safety of these items. Every order must clearly display the “best before/best consumed before” date and time to ensure customers are aware of the optimal consumption period. Any surplus or near-expiry food must be clearly labelled for customers on the face of it and the listed products should display the list of ingredients, product validity, product manufacturing date and details with allergy warnings clearly. All food items offered for sale must be in good, edible condition and must not be expired, spoiled or damaged. If any food provided by you is found to be stale, expired, or not fit for consumption, customers have the right to pursue legal action against you. The House of Kitchens is not liable for any damages or legal actions resulting from the sale of such food. Any legal disputes arising from the sale of poor-quality food or services will be solely between you and the customer, and The House of Kitchens will not be involved in any capacity.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- For operations in India, any liability for violations of applicable regulations rests with you (merchants, brand owners, vendors, Restaurant Partners/Stores, importers, or manufacturers of food products), including Pre-Packed Goods as defined under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
- Dietary Suitability:
- As a Merchant, it is your responsibility to ensure that all food, beverages, or products are suitable for customers with specific dietary needs or restrictions before accepting an order. The House of Kitchens is not liable if the items ordered do not meet these dietary requirements. Every order must clearly display the “best consumed before” date and time to ensure customers are aware of the optimal consumption period.
- Total Pricing:
- Food Pledge (The House of Kitchens) takes a 10% commission of total bill on each order made on the platform.. This percentage may change, but we will inform you a week in advance. The delivery price will be based on the actual cost of third party delivery partner. The House of Kitchens does not add any extra charges to the delivery partner’s fee.
- Authorization Breach:
- If you, as a Merchant, cancel or attempt to cancel an order, or if the cancellation results from incorrect details or unavailability, it constitutes an Authorization Breach. You will be liable for liquidated damages equivalent to the order value. Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens may deduct this amount from future payments at its discretion.
For Customers
- Order Details:
- You must provide accurate and complete details, including contact information and delivery address, when placing an order. By providing these details, you agree to The House of Kitchens terms and privacy policies.
- Resale Prohibition:
- You or anyone instructed by you must not resell food and beverages or products purchased through the The House of Kitchens Platform.
- Total Price:
- The total price for food and products, including delivery charges and other fees, will be shown on Food Pledge App at the checkout.
- Tax Inclusion:
- Any additional charges by The House of Kitchens are inclusive of applicable taxes in the total bill.
- Delivery Times:
- Delivery periods or takeaway times provided are approximate and may vary.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens’ Cancellation: If Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens is unable to accept or cancel an order due to technical errors or other issues on our part, you will not incur a cancellation charge. Any pre-paid amounts will be refunded.
- Conditions for Refund:Refunds are applicable if a product is delivered in a condition that is defective, expired, spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe for consumption. Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery and provide evidence (such as photos or videos) to support their claim. Refunds may also be issued if an incorrect item, size, or quantity is delivered compared to what was ordered. In case of any technical error on our part will also be refunded.
- Non-Refundable Situations:Refunds will not be provided for a change of mind after delivery. Refunds for allergic reactions will not be granted if the allergen information was properly disclosed by the Merchant.
- Process for Requesting a Refund:Customers must contact Food Pledge / The House of Kitchens’ customer support within 24 hours after delivery to report any issues with their order. The request must include the order details, a description of the problem, and supporting evidence (photos or videos).
- Investigation and Resolution:House of Kitchens will investigate all complaints in coordination with you, the Merchant. If a complaint is validated, Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens will either issue a refund or facilitate a replacement, depending on the situation and product availability.
- Refund Method:Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or credited to the customer’s Food Pledge / The House of Kitchens account for future purchases. Please note that if a refund is issued, the amount will be covered by the House of Kitchens, and you, the Merchant, will not receive payment for that order.
- Disclaimer of Warranties:
- Service Provision:
- You acknowledge and agree that the Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens services are provided “as is” and “as available” basis and that your use of the services shall be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, branches, subsidiaries, and licensors (“The House of Kitchens Parties”) disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, in connection with the services, including the Food Pledge app and your use of them.
- Responsibility for Downloads:
- Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the services is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or other device or loss of data resulting from the download of any such material. The House of Kitchens Parties will not be responsible for monitoring any transactions between you and third-party providers of products or services. You are solely responsible for all of your communications and interactions with other users of the services and with other persons with whom you communicate or interact as a result of using the services. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from The House of Kitchens or through the services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms. Unless expressly authorized in writing by The House of Kitchens, you agree not to use any trademark, service mark, trade name, or logo of any company or organization in a way that is likely to cause confusion about the owner or authorized user of such marks, names, or logos.
- Limitation of Liability
- Extent of Liability:
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the The House of Kitchens Parties be liable to you for any damages resulting from any:
- Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content provided by third parties.
- Personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to and use of the services, including the app.
- Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our servers.
- Bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like transmitted to or through the services by any third party.
- Loss of your data or content from the services.
- Errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services.
- Disclosure of information pursuant to these terms or our privacy policy.
- Failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential.
- Loss or damage incurred by you, including but not limited to loss or damage resulting from reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertising, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the services, and/or delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond The House of Kitchens’s reasonable control.
- Exclusion of Consequential Damages:
- In no event shall The House of Kitchens or its affiliates be liable to you(merchants) for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages whatsoever, however caused and under any theory of liability, including but not limited to any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), loss of goodwill or business reputation, loss of data suffered, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible loss.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the The House of Kitchens Parties be liable to you for any damages resulting from any:
XXI. Indemnification
- Indemnification Obligation:
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The House of Kitchens, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, branches, subsidiaries, and licensors (“The House of Kitchens Parties”) from and against any third-party claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), actions, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or reasonably incurred by The House of Kitchens arising as a result of, or in connection with:
- Your content or any content provided by you for display or distribution through the Food Pledge platform.
- Your unauthorized use of the Food Pledge /The House of Kitchens services, or any products or services included or advertised on the Food Pledge platform.
- Your access to and use of the Food Pledge services.
- Your violation of any rights of another party, including intellectual property rights.
- Your breach of these terms, including but not limited to any infringement of the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party.
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The House of Kitchens, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, branches, subsidiaries, and licensors (“The House of Kitchens Parties”) from and against any third-party claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), actions, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or reasonably incurred by The House of Kitchens arising as a result of, or in connection with:
- Control of Defence:
- The House of Kitchens has the exclusive right to settle, compromise, and pay any claims or legal actions brought against us, without needing your(merchant) consent. We also have the right, at your expense, to take over the defence of any matter for which you must indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with us in defending these claims. You agree not to settle any matter where The House of Kitchens is a defendant, or for which you are responsible, without our prior written consent. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any such claim, action, or proceeding when we become aware of it.
XXII. Termination of Your Access to the Services
- Account Deletion:
- You can delete your account at any time by: Go to Profile > Settings > Delete my account > click on the ‘Delete Account’ button and cease further use of the Services.
- Termination by Us:
- We may terminate your use of the Services and deny you access to the Services in our sole discretion for any reason or no reason, including your:
- Violation of these Terms; or
- Lack of use of the Services.
- You agree that any termination of your access to the Services may be affected without prior notice and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and/or bar any further access to your account or the Services. If you use the Services in violation of these Terms, we may, in our sole discretion, retain all data collected from your use of the Services. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for the discontinuation or termination of your access to the Services.
- We may terminate your use of the Services and deny you access to the Services in our sole discretion for any reason or no reason, including your:
XXIII. General Terms
- Interpretation:
- The section and subject headings in these Terms are included for reference only and shall not be used to interpret any provisions of these Terms.
- Entire Agreement and Waiver:
- The Terms, together with the ‘Privacy Policy’, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Services. No failure or delay by us in exercising any right, power, or privilege under the Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right or acceptance of any variation of the Terms, and nor shall any single or partial exercise by either party of any right, power, or privilege preclude any further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right, power, or privilege.
- Severability:
- If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a judicial court for any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
- Partnership or Agency:
- None of the provisions of these Terms shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between you and The House of Kitchens, and you shall have no authority to bind us in any form or manner, whatsoever.
- Governing Law/Waiver:
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms.
- Carrier Rates May Apply:
- By accessing the Services through a mobile or other device, you may be subject to charges by your Internet or mobile service provider, so check with them first if you are not sure, as you will be solely responsible for any such costs incurred.
- Linking and Framing:
- You are not allowed to frame our Services. We also may, in our discretion, remove or disable links or references to an online location that contains infringing material or infringing activity. In the event that any Customers of the Services repeatedly infringe on others’ copyrights, we may, in our sole discretion, terminate those individuals’ rights to use the Services.
- Procedure to File a Notification:
- If you believe that your copyright has been or is being infringed upon by material found in the Services, you are required to follow the below procedure to file a notification:
